MPS is an integrated management process that drives increased ownership and accountability and enhances process discipline delivering improved performance at all levels. MPS consists of 6 stages of maturity (red, yellow, green, bronze, silver and gold) and is being deployed across every facility and every function of Meggitt.
Meggitt Xiamen launched MPS in May 2014 and rapidly moved through the first four MPS stages and was one of the first Meggitt sites to exit MPS bronze in November 2017. A robust plan has been established to progress through silver stage and ultimately achieve MPS gold by 2020. MPS has helped to deliver sustainable performance improvement across our business and create a strong platform for future growth.
